For centuries, the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam has been cherished as a masterpiece of Persian poetry, filled with profound reflections on life, fate, and the mysteries of existence. Yet beyond the depths of philosophy and existential wonder, there lies another side to Khayyam—one of joy, laughter, and a celebration of life’s simplest pleasures.
The Happy Rubaiyat: Live, Laugh, Love brings together a selection of Omar Khayyam’s most uplifting and lighthearted quatrains, capturing the essence of happiness, love, and the beauty of the present moment. Stripped of sorrow and complexity, this collection invites you to embrace life’s fleeting joys—to smile at the wonders of nature, to cherish friendship, and to let go of worries that burden the heart.
Unlike traditional interpretations that emphasize Khayyam’s reflections on mortality and fate, this book focuses on his cheerful, carefree spirit. The verses within remind us that true happiness is found not in distant dreams or regrets of the past, but in the laughter shared today, in the simple pleasures of the world around us, and in the freedom to live without fear of tomorrow.
Whether you are new to Khayyam’s poetry or a longtime admirer,
The Happy Rubaiyat serves as an invitation to experience his words in a fresh and delightful way. May these verses inspire you to live with joy, to love without hesitation, and to laugh freely—just as Khayyam himself would have wished.

This is our Workbook.
Sutras will work like a Google Maps, we need to travel, understand, apply, test, experience, experiment, and live on our own with their help.
That is the reason I have not tried to explain, comment, elaborate any of them, except the meaning which I got while studying.
As it is a workbook, space is left for you so that you can write your understanding, experience while studying and living with the sutras.

The
Patanjali Yoga Sutras serve as a foundational text in Yoga philosophy, outlining a path to self-awareness and mental stillness.

Five Conversations: The Quiet Argument of Lives - Book by Bhushan Kulkarni

This book is meant to be held like a compass — not a map.
It won’t tell you where to go, but it will help you feel true north when you’re turning in circles.”

This book was not written to teach history, philosophy, or morality.
It was written to create
space for young minds to think.
Across time, some human beings changed the outer world through action, leadership, and power.
Others changed the inner world through awareness, restraint, and compassion.
Most of us live somewhere in between — often pulled in opposite directions.
Young people today inherit a world that is fast, noisy, competitive, and uncertain.
They are often told
what to achieve, but rarely given room to ask how to live.
This book does not offer advice disguised as answers.
It offers conversations — honest, respectful, and unfinished.
The figures you meet here are not presented as heroes to be worshipped, nor ideals to be copied.
They are presented as
human beings who paid real costs for the paths they chose.
If this book does its work well, it will not tell you who to become.
It will help you
see more clearly before you decide.
